The IPDP started the concept to create an innovative industrial environment (IIE) in the Least Developing Countries (LDCs) and developing world for creation and development of world class STI and IP and its commercialization and internationalization at national and international level. In the technical ground, the IPDP will produce master trainers from university level. The most important aspect is the development of text books (Cases, Fundamental and Functional) for STI and IP business based on the need of LDCs and developing world which will contribute lot to the development activities of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The international STI and IP business domain will get the quality professionals, world class STI and IP from the universities through utilization the outcome of the IPDP in the LDCs and developing world. In order to address such critical issues such as globalization and contemporary capitalization and its overall effects in poor or developing world, the IPDP will take the lead role in transition to power of global economic sustainability.
