The COVID-19, Plans and its Post Activities in BANGLADESH

Background: The world war against the COVID-19 is the greatest challenge for Bangladesh. If it is a war, what is going in Bangladesh. The frontline troops – apex judicial system along with the top scientists, researchers, creators, innovators, inventors, doctors, biotechnology experts, biomedical engineers, software engineers, product designers and product managers of Bangladesh are self-isolated where they are not functioning without the concentration of political decisions. In the mean time, the prime minister, secretaries and ministers, policy-makers, law makers for the higher education, science and technology, ICT, health and foreign affairs of Bangladesh are also self-isolated in their bunkers where they are not functioning at 100%.

The unseen enemy attacks us variety of way. That’s why, we have to set-up our mind to create a world class research and development (R&D) industries in Bangladesh so that we can identify the intelligence of the enemy’s movements and explore the behaviors of the COVID-19 in Bangladesh. If we can identify the behaviors and characteristics of the novel coronavirus within shortage possible of time through the potential R&D industries of Bangladesh where the Government of Bangladesh will get the direct benefits from the world class scientists, researchers and innovators of Bangladesh to identify the intelligence and behaviors of COVID-19 in Bangladesh and the international R&D industries will also get the direct benefits from the world class R&D activities in Bangladesh. This approach not only will help the Government of Bangladesh to overcome the outbreak of COVID-19 situations in Bangladesh but also will support to develop the world class products, process, technology, business and industrial development at this most critical moment of Bangladesh. The end of result, Government of Bangladesh will win the challenges of COVID-19 in Bangladesh.

Resources Need: The human resources (HR) are available to create the world class R&D industries in Bangladesh. The secretaries and ministers for higher education, science and technology, ICT and foreign affairs with apex judicial system for appropriate directions for policy makers, law-makers visionary leaders, scientists, researchers in the field of science, technology and innovation, physiology, biotechnology, biomedical engineering, software engineering are the key resources of R&D industries that can play the key role against the challenge of COVID-19 in Bangladesh.

Development PLANS: The concept of COVID-19, plans and its post activities in Bangladesh will begin in transferring skills to different stakeholders in Bangladesh. The new R&D industries will not only help to the Government of Bangladesh to win the war against COVID-19 challenges in Bangladesh but also will contribute lot to development in Bangladesh. The overall development plans will be the following phases in Bangladesh:

PHASE-I PHASE-II PHASE-III PHASE-IV

Conclusion: It is the fundamental needs of the people of Bangladesh to win the war against the challenge of COVID-19 and the plans have certainly developed against the novel coronavirus that will help the Government of Bangladesh to fight against the unpredictable characteristics of the COVID-19 in Bangladesh. In these circumstances, there is no alternative choice to create a world class R&D infrastructures in Bangladesh to identify the intelligence behaviors of COVID-19 in Bangladesh.

So, the Government of Bangladesh needs to integrate the diversified resources through the IIC – Innovation & Innovator Cell under Ministry of Education to participate and win the war against the challenge of COVID-19 in Bangladesh. The integrated resources of Bangladesh will not only help to the Government of Bangladesh to win the war against the COVID-19 but also will help Bangladesh to transform the traditional educational, industrial, financial, science, technology and innovation (STI) and intellectual property (IP) environment in Bangladesh.
