The Centre for Policy Research, Bangladesh is a specialized research and innovation (R&I) institute in Bangladesh, specialized in science, technology and innovation (STI) and intellectual property (IP) is looking for experienced, innovative Manager, Business Development (10), Manager, Technology Transfer (02) and Manager, Innovation Management (02) who must be able to manage innovation management, technology transfer, business development activities and variety of settings of Centre for Policy Research, Bangladesh at national and international level under the regulations, 2022 of Centre for Policy Research, Bangladesh.

Position (Open) : Manager, Business Development (10)
Requirements: MSc/MA/PhD in business administration or law or economics or engineering or relevant degree from reputable University with:
1. Experience as Manager in IGO or multilateral body or public or private sectors with taking part in highly innovative work environment and develop high quality business strategies through the existing and upcoming potential resources of the Centre for Policy Research, Bangladesh.
2. Experience in implementing vision and strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles and in-depth knowledge of corporate level strategies and an entrepreneurial mindset, an innovative leadership with excellent communication, public speaking and problem-solving skills.
3. Motivate local and international partners and engage them to make high-quality investment decisions to advance the business and increase profits through the internal resources, programs, policies and reputation of Centre for Policy Research, Bangladesh in the world.
4. Analyze the current problems, internal hazards and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure survival and constant growth of Centre for Policy Research, Bangladesh.
5. Maintain a deep knowledge of international SMEs markets and global research and development (R&D) industry.
