3.1: The Innovation & Innovator Cell (IIC) development under Public Private Partnership
The framework of IIC development under Public-Private Partnership has been developing since 2008, based on the following claims of Bangladesh:
3.1.1: There is no institutional backbone or body for intellectual property (IP) technology transfer and innovation management in Bangladesh;
3.1.2: It is difficult to manage the innovations for government alone without an Innovative Industrial Environment (IIE) in Bangladesh.
