19.1 Centre for Policy Research, Bangladesh reserves the right to cancel the use of the Economic model(s) and mechanisms for misuse the intellectual assets of Centre for Policy Research, Bangladesh to any unauthorized persons or organizations by the license or franchise party or strategic partner that represents the violation of moral and financial rights of creator(s) of the models where Centre for Policy Research, Bangladesh will take the legal action by the national and international intellectual property Law;

19.2 If the license or franchise parties and strategic partners do not maintain their business in a lawful manner with 100% ethical standards setting into the creation and development of new product, process, patent or technology and its commercialization and industrialization at national and international level;

19.3 The model and mechanisms are used by a party that is not license or franchise party and strategic partner which represents the violation of the moral and financial rights of creator(s) where Centre for Policy Research, Bangladesh will take the legal actions on the basis of this regulations, 2022 of Centre for Policy Research, Bangladesh;

19.4 If any license or franchise party and strategic partner uses the models and mechanisms of Centre for Policy Research, Bangladesh but does not fulfill their duties, then a sanction up to $ 100000.00 (One Lac) may be imposed initially. In addition, Centre for Policy Research, Bangladesh has right to take further legal action is reserved or if any strategic partner use the models and mechanisms of Centre for Policy Research, Bangladesh but does not fulfill their duties or any unauthorized persons or organizations misuse the model(s) and mechanisms of Centre for Policy Research, Bangladesh then a sanction up to $ 20000.00 (Twenty Thousand) may be imposed initially. In addition, Centre for Policy Research, Bangladesh has right to take further legal action is reserved.
