Needs of the world class R&D industries in Bangladesh: The minister and secretary for the higher education division, ministry of education along with relevant ministries/divisions of Bangladesh will play the key role to engage the necessary scientists, researchers and experts from all the public and private universities and research institutions of Bangladesh to identify the need of products, process and technologies and explore the behaviors of the COVID-19 in Bangladesh and the other needs of the new world class R&D industries of Bangladesh.
