He rendered that the copyright infringement has become a normal phenomenon in the present digital environment, especially in the field of software. Every day, lots of new inventions in the world are taking place but these aren’t sustained and getting lost due to lack of sponsor and mostly for the absence of proper documentation. The Copyright Office Bangladesh usually received a few number of software application for copyright registration. Similarly, the small number of applications also submitted for registration of invention’s, concept note or research theory.
In this circumstances, the Copyright Office Bangladesh is planning to prepare a digital platform on the basis of these data with mentioning the important features and usefulness of these software and inventions. If any person or company wish to use any of this software or inventions in that case the Bangladesh Copyright Office would like to act as a bridge between the two so that the both parties would be benefited. As a result, it would be possible to ensure the creative right as well as financial rights of the creators through integrating creative commons with the national and international SME industries, eventually which will play an important role in creating a new dream and creative future of Bangladesh.
