18.1 The Economic model(s) and mechanisms are used only by the license or franchise parties and strategic partners of Centre for Policy Research, Bangladesh;

18.2 The special partners meeting of Centre for Policy Research, Bangladesh may decide to grant the sub-license party, the right to use the Economic model(s) and mechanisms of Centre for Policy Research, Bangladesh on the conditions that is used by sub-license Agreement by the license party, eventually incorporated in the strategic partnership Agreement.

18.3 The license or franchise parties and strategic partners will operate their business in a lawful manner with 100% ethical standards setting into the new product or process or patent, technology creation and development and its commercialization and industrialization at national and international level.
